The Robert H. Manning memorial light went into service in 1991. Built by the Manning family to honor his desire to have a light to guide him on his return from fishing.

Located in the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore in northeastern Michigan. A private residential area has built up immediately to the north of the small park where the light is located.
