I was looking at adding this one to my collection. I was going to bid up to about $35 for it. Then boom it was over $90. Then in the final minutes the price really took off.
I think the happy seller is in Dave's Hooisers lighthouse club.

That is a neat lighthouse or bell tower. I saw this last year during the MD challenge. I don't know if I would add the LE to my collection but I do have the LLOM series of this lighthouse/tower.

An other neat thing about this lighthouse was that the collectors with auto-shipments were able to get it with their auto-shipment number.

Probably just a "flash in the pan". I doubt multiple listings of the same offering would bring as high of a price.
The seller had it in the right place at the right time. That's why you see such flucuating prices on eBay.

I totally agree with you. Timing is everything! A seller can't expect much if two offerings of the same piece have been posted in the last three weeks. The early bird gets the worm?
