This week on ebay the top Ten highest priced Harbour Lights are:
1. Navesink NJ $213.03- Probably a good price for now a days but still less than what I paid for one at retail.
2. Michigan City Green Water $204 – This shows that green waters are still popular. This brought in a good price for not having original box. It is a good looking piece and the reason I feel that it went so high was that it is an all green water with a hint of gray. My two “all greens” has mostly gray with a hint of green. Other version is blue and green. A green water collector most have all versions.
3.Key West FL $157.50- A low number (779) with a original box. This is definitely a bargain. Not sure but it may have even been a Canadian.
4.St Augustine, FL $127.50- Mint condition with original box. This went for a steal. Why are our southern Bells going for such a low price?
5. Burrows Island WA $124 no-lighting rod, Malaysian. No surprises here. A little low. Going price for a Malaysian no-rod is $150 to$200
6.Currituck NC #17 $110 This is high for a Currituck, but when you look at the number you can see why. It is a teenager. Teenagers do bring in high prices.
7. Umpqua River Plus Hecta Head Or $108- Going price.
8.Sea Girt NJ Artist Proof $103.51 Going Price for an “AP” Artist proof for recent models go for $100 to $200
9.Cape hatteras on the move $100 This is high. I think you can find this one for less than retail. 10. Seguin Maine Artist Proof $99.99 Going Price for an “AP” Artist proof for recent models go for $100 to $200

Daniel, I'm finding your reports on the goings on on e-bay interesting and informative. I'm still unsure of what going prices are for older pieces. So I look foward to your post and observations. Hope you keep doing it. Thanks, Rick

Thanks guys Yes: as the new Moderator of the Secondary Market I plan on trying to make this a weekly thing. I hope I get Knighted in soon, I am getting anxious with many ideas to make this spot active again.

Good report Daniel! The original HLs including the Southern Belles lose their value when Glows or additional pieces of the same LH are released. This is still a ridiculously low price for St Auggie! Bob

Be interesting to see if a LE of Ocracoke still gets the big bucks now that a GLOWs version has been produced.
Great job Daniel--keep up the good deed!!
