I'm curious if anyone has an HL with the last flag number of the edition size. (5500 for the 550 series, 7500 for the 7500 series, etc.) I've never seen one nor have I ever seen one for sale. Do you own the last one of a particular HL? Inquiring minds on the East Coast would like to know!  Bob

Think I heard somewhere Bob, that just as Bill takes #1-10 of each new HL, Nancy takes the last one of each edition.

True, Jim - Nancy gets the last one for her collection. This may not be complete because of lighthouses that did not reach their full edition size.
Bill also gets the # of the piece that represents the year in which that lighthouse was first lit.

I had the opportunity to purchase the next to last one. I didn't and I wish I had done so. It was a Bodie Island #9498.
