Bill will be at the following stores in Colorado:

Saturday Nov 20:

Colorado Stationers
Greenwood Village 11:00 - 1:00

Edelweiss Haus
Southwest Plaza 2:00 - 4:00

Sunday Nov 21

Hightower Collectibles
Colorado Springs 1:00 - 3:00

The Colorado Lighthouse Collector's Society will be holding opportunity drawings for APs at all 3 stores (all $$ raised will be donated to a TBD lighthouse for preservation efforts).

In addition, we will be hosting Dinner with Bill at the White Fence Farm on Saturday evening.

Wish us luck on our fund raiser and if you are in Denver, come by and join us! smile We are up to 16 members.

Anyone interested in attending the dinner, please email me ASAP! Reservations must be made by Monday Nov 15.

Today is the day for Bill's arrival in Denver. As I write, it is a balmy 26 with snow flurries, with a Winter storm warning and snow expected all day. frown Hopefully the weather conditions do not deter anyone from coming to the events today!
They won't be stopping me!

Well despite the cold and snow there was a great turnout for the 1st signing event @ Colorado Stationers. The Wackos were well represented by "Bill & Judy", & "Sarge & Mrs Sarge" & myself. In addition, the Colorado Lighthouse Collector's Society was represented by the above plus 2 other members. The members were all decked out in their brand logo club shirts, logo designed by our own Judy! And did they look great!

Colorado Stationers' provided the Club with a great table right at the front door so that the first thing people saw was our sign for an opportunity drawing for an AP (Clarks Pt MA) along with Club membership information, and all the items being given away by the store for the event. Plus Bill's table was right next to ours so we could hear his great stories about the lights he was signing. We gained 2 new club members at this event!

The lucky winner of the Clark's Pt AP was Connie Van Der Shaaf, a club member.

And the lucky winner fo the Gold was Bill Newblom (Bill & Judy forum members)!!

We had a great time and then we were off across town to the afternoon event at Edelweiss Haus smile
