This fall The Friends of Flying Santa will be offering their first bus tour to lighthouses along the Connecticut coast. This three day tour will include visits to a number of Connecticut's lighthouses as well as the Mystic Seaport and Mystic Aquarium. Some of the lights they will be visiting are:

Stonington Harbor Light

Lynde Point Light

Saybrook Breakwater Light

Stratford Point Light

Avery Point Light

Five Mile Point Light

Warwick Light (Rhode Island) - Unconfirmed

You will have the unique opportunity to climb most if not all of these towers.They have chartered a luxury tour bus with all the amenities, including a restroom, comfortable wide seating, heat & air conditioning, and a VCR & TV monitors for the viewing of lighthouse videos. Your lodgings for the two nights as well as breakfasts are included. Lunch stops will be scheduled along the way. Lunch and dinner are not included in the tour price. Your evenings will be open for sightseeing, shopping and dining in the Mystic area. Our narrator for the tour will be lighthouse historian and author, Jeremy D'Entremont - www.lighthouse.cc. The cost of this tour is $350.00 per person double occupancy with seating limited to 50 people. As an added bonus, you will be treated to the beautiful fall foliage of the Connecticut coast.

The tour will depart from the Rockland, Massachusetts Park & Ride Lot at 7:00 AM on Friday, October 15 and will return on Sunday evening, October 17. There is secure, free parking at this site. An additional pick up location may be provided in the eastern Connecticut area. Please contact them for additional information
