So, I understand there's been lots of snow up north lately. How about somebody posting pix of some lighthouses in the snow - pleeeze!! They don't even have to be this year's. We in the southernmost US need help getting in the spirit of the season. What would be better than lighthouses in the snow?!!

Thanks, Darlene and Roland! Those are fantastic pictures! One day I'm getting up to Ladybug's light (and other West Coast lights). Roland, for the time being, I'm delighted that you posted this website. I've visited a lot of those lights and seeing them in the snow gives me a totally different perspective. Thanks, guys! Anybody else have pictures to show off? You know we love to see them! (All three of these pictures are really beautiful!)

For the time being? Does that mean there's still time to get thrown out?

No, no, absolutely not! I just meant until I get the opportunity to see more of these lights - especially in the snow.

Quite the illusion, Roland! When the picture of White Shoal appeared on the screen, I thought it was a lighthouse replica made by a company other than Harbour Lights, and placed in the snow in your back yard. Did anyone else think that at first? Bob

I thought it was the HL replica, until I noticed the ship was missing. I guess Harry seen a similar pic to come up with how the HL replica was going to look.

Naw, that's definitely the real thing! As for putting a replia in the snow for a photo, never even considered that. Of course, you'd have better luck at that than me, Bob. Attleboro normally gets a whole lot more snow that we get here on the Cape!

I LOVE all those snow pictures. Somehow a lighthouse looks special in the snow ... that is if you can still see the lighthouse under all the snow and ice
